Shifts
You have your table for 2 hours. It will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time; after that, your table will be released. We kindly ask you to be punctual.
Birthdays and celebrations
Bringing food or drinks from outside is not allowed. We have cakes that can be reserved in advance. Entry to the restaurant wearing costumes or inappropriate clothing is not allowed. Please note that only one payment is accepted per group of more than 6 people.
Children
They must be included in the reservation and, in case you need to enter with baby strollers, please indicate it when making the reservation. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee access with it. If the child needs a high chair, please let us know in the reservation.
Pets and vehicles
Pets, bicycles, or scooters are not allowed due to the limited space of the premises.
Clothing
Entry wearing beachwear (swimsuits, flip-flops, or sleeveless shirts) is not allowed.
Antes de reservar, debes saber:
En Muysca dispondrás de tu mesa durante 1:45 horas desde la hora de tu reserva, no desde tu llegada. Tienes 15 minutos de cortesía. Si pasados esos minutos no te has presentado, tu reserva quedará anulada.
Para grupos de más de 6 personas el pago se realiza en un único pago para la agilidad del servicio y ofrecerles una excelente experiencia a todos los comensales.
Es muy importante la puntualidad de todos los invitados. Rogamos respeten al máximo este punto, ya que en muysca trabajamos por turnos y es imprescindible respetar horarios.
Está prohibido ingresar alimentos y bebidas que no sean del restaurante.
Si deseas cancelar tu mesa rogamos por favor hacerlo con un mínimo de 8 horas de anticipacion para que otros comensales puedan disfrutar de la experiencia.
